1、本產品安裝無特殊要求，放在干燥處，工作時將本機的底部的四個地面調平螺絲固定調到使本機放穩即可。

2、試機前應檢查壓爪是否壓緊料缽，以免料缽松動，損壞機件，料缽壓爪按順時針方向為緊，逆時針方向為松。

3、投取料樣應待本機停穩后進行。

4、如試樣含水率高，應預先烘干，以免粘料缽，影響粉碎細度。一般料樣愈干，粉碎效果越好。

5、如需粉碎比200目更細樣品，可在料樣中添加酒精等溶劑，進行混式粉碎或延長粉碎時間。

6、料樣應盡量投放在擊環與料盒之內，以免哽死擊塊，影響細度。
